Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does credit repair take?

It depends on your situation. Some see results in 1–3 weeks, while others may take a few months.

 2. Can you remove collections, charge-offs, or late payments?

Yes — if they are inaccurate, incomplete, or can’t be verified, we can dispute them for removal.

 3. Will credit repair instantly boost my score?

Not instantly. Removing negatives, lowering balances, and adding positives improve your score over time.

 4. What information do I need to start?
  • Photo ID

  • Proof of address (bill, lease, or bank statement)

  • Credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)

  • Any documents about disputed accounts

 5. Can you remove an eviction?

Yes, if it’s on your credit report. We do not remove rental database or tenant screening records

 6. What factors make up my credit score?
  • Payment history (35%)

  • Credit use (30%)

  • Credit age (15%)

  • Mix of accounts (10%)

  • New credit (10%)

 7. Do you offer tradelines?

 Not at the moment.

 8. I paid off my account — why is it still showing?

Paid accounts can stay for up to 7 years. Positives help your history, negatives should show “paid” or “settled.”

 9. Why did my score drop after negatives were removed?

Removing accounts can shorten history or reduce account mix. This may cause a small dip, but long-term it helps.

 10. What if my student loans show 90–120 days late?

Consolidate or apply for an Income-Driven Repayment Plan. Otherwise, the late marks will keep reporting.

11. My accounts were included in bankruptcy — why do they still matter?

They must show as “included in bankruptcy” with $0 balance. If not, they can still hurt your score and need to be corrected.
